I've had so many thoughts during this book. Chapter 9 what an emotional chapter. I enjoy the description of her marriage to barrack. Its the romantic in me I'm sure

Part 1: So as I'm writing this, Saturday is the 10th anniversary of my mum passing so I must admit the death of her mum kinda overshadowed this part for me. I'm kind of wondering how these two are going to end up together if we see them sort of enter different parts of their lives, her looking for her brother and him stuck in an engagement with someone he doesn't like.

Taking a little break while my head stops hurting from me concentrating. This story is good but with all the characters I need to take a little more effort to keep track of who is who.
The white blade nearly defeating Inej was cool. Very pleased she didn't but is Inej going to best her the next time she comes across her.

Getting there.
Nina is improving. Finally some action between her and Matthias that was interesting to see. Glad they finally acted on the chemistry.

Inej is saved! But theres a new sort of Shu(I think thats right) hunting gisha and they seem almost mechanical. Interesting

Stopping to go walk the dogs but I'm getting more into it.
Curious to see what they do with their captured woman. Curious how Nina deals with her addiction.

Getting back into this after not reading the first book again is proving difficult. Its sort of coming back but a bit slow

I'm not sure the percentage as I'm using audible but there are so many characters listening is super challenging

I have come up with a new challenge for myself. Instead of forcing myself to not leave books unfinished I am going to set a challenge to finish all series' off unless its a paperback because then my Fiance will kill me for buying more books than we can store...

Talking about weddings makes me soooo anxious! I can't read anything with weddings in without starting a mental countdown of what I need to do/havent paid for
