Just wish I was able to read it quicker - entirely my fault and nothing to do with the story. It's a terrific read.

Great start...

I'm really enjoying it. It's very well written and I love the lead character. It felt a little "chick-lit" to begin with (no problem with that) but I'm sensing a much broader appeal as it gets further into the mystery.

Hard to believe this was written in the 20th Century; reads like a classic from a much earlier time - slightly reminiscent of Wilkie Collins. I'm really enjoying it!
