I seriously love this book! It's been so helpful in teaching me more about who I am and it validates what I knew to be true about my purpose and spiritual gifts.

I am really enjoying this book so far. if you've lost faith in God or don't know who He is....this book will open your eyes to some new things. it's really powerful.

Enjoying it so far, although there are times when it does seem wordy.

So in love with Four and his story. He has overcome a LOT!

My word. As I read this, I can feel myself start to panic as if I'm in this situation. It's so scary to know that this is a TRUE story and not fiction. It's giving me the same anxiety that The Hunger Games gave me and that was clearly fiction. However, now I am wondering if books like that were based off experiences like Jenna's.

Now we are getting to the interesting parts. Reading this is making me feel really confined and even anxious....it's really intense how she lived....

She's focusing so much on the details of what places look like and I'd like to know more about what is actually happening in the church itself that makes it unique....

I have to say, I am really appreciating the various links and resources they are sharing at the end of the book. This way I can choose various ways to support women through organizations related to media, the environment, society, and more.

I never realized how womanizing Archie really is and how sad it is that Betty and Veronica's life centers around dating Archie. It doesn't seem like a big deal-but it is because it's teaching young boys and girls how to treat other boys and girls...just an observation I've never had before.

I don't know if I'll be able to read this....I wanted to read it so I could better understand men but as a I read-I have a feeling that this isn't so much "men" as much as it's Steve Harvey's take on things or maybe even just the type of men he's around, not necessarily all men. I don't know. I'll give it a few more chapters but....I'm not feeling it.
