My latest novel, Redlined, a mystery/thriller set in a declining Boston neighborhood came out October 1st.

Half fiction, half absolute truth, the protagonist is a Alinsky trained community organizer and Marine combat veteran. Someone is torching a Boston neighborhood and the charred body of Sandy Morgan, a dedicated neighborhood organizer has been found among the ashes. https://tinyurl.com/y2pnsu3m TAKE A LOOK!

Richard Wise is on page 209 of 464 of The Prince of Providence: The True Story of Buddy Cianci, America's Most Notorious Mayor, Some Wiseguys, and the Feds
Like many of the reviewers I grew up just outside of Providence. Given the state's size, any former Rhode Island swamp yankee can make that claim.

Richard Wise is 20% done with Waterloo: The History of Four Days, Three Armies, and Three Battles
So far, so good! I read Cornwell's Sharpe's Waterloo and found his account of the battle fascinating.

Richard Wise is on page 409 of 474 of Land of Jade: A Journey from India through Northern Burma to China
A wonderful adventure of a book! Written in 1986, this is the story of a trek of Homeric proportions through one of the last unmapped wilderness on the Asian continent. Revolutionaries, drug lords, jade miners, a very well written adventure story featuring a Western journalist his Burmese (Shan) photographer wife and their infant daughter as they chronicle an important era

Excellent so far. The author has done his research, dug deep and uncovered the mid-level operatives on both sides of the war, the men who were on the ground, T. E. Laurence yes, but several others who were the true movers and shakers. He does not stop with the generals and high level politicians who put there name to these events.
