Literally only done the first chapter but wow there are like a dozen people already I’m excited to see meet a painful end.

Can’t remember if I ever read this or just remember her from the movie

This is like a horror novel because the dread I feel as the timeline inches towards Dominique’s murder is so palpable. I’m not sure any scary novel I’ve read recently has made me physically stressed like this.

The things Griffin Dunne has witnessed in his childhood is sending me into a coma because what do you mean you and your friend as tweens stole your mom’s car to joyride around Beverly Hills and accidentally ended up at the taped off crime scene of the Manson murders.

Got to chapter 8 and omg this is INSANE

How is this the THIRD book this month I’ve read that discusses driving stick shift???????

I’m assuming the whole frame work of Mary is literally just Mary Shelly? like famous mom who died giving birth to her, boyfriend (who’s actually married) with a first name starting with P; a seminal horror novel written in a vila surrounded by other artsy types? I’m onto you Hawkins LOL
