Halfway through. I get why this is sometimes called a difficult book.

I'm loving this book. A lot of history I never have read - history of lowland Scotland, then Ulster, and very different view of troubles (if you are on the side of the Ulstermen, but it seems Cromwell was well hated by both sides). Not only timely but quite an education.
