Before picking on this book to read, I had not realised that it has been over 26 years since Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm. Perhaps because the events of 1991 were shrouded by 2003 Operation Iraq Freedom and Operation New Dawn that obliterated the Persian Civilisation.
