cramming for Halloween book club

reading this on the train to and from London which is probably not the best idea

if I cringe any more (positive), I’d be a wrinkled heap on my couch

read The Feminist with a horrified cringe expression from start to finish

first impression is that it’s hard to read about a law girlie seemingly not having a life or identity outside of a man

oh my god shut the fuck uppppp. about the fugly shoes. about how (boo hoo) Chloe contains multitudes, some of which will remain unknown to you because she’s her own person. this is turning out to be patronising and insufferable!!!!

I don’t remember Joyce being this insufferable but here we are

soz but flora gray has drunk too much dumb bitch juice

juan: what about our wedding and reception and our house?!

also juan: let’s not focus on that right now

ugh go make your lil pastries

juan needs to stfu about his marzipanimals tbh

I’m hungry

why did I wait til now to read this ahhh?!?!?

hahahaha what the fuck am I reading

I’m only one chapter in and this is already reading like an Indian village version of Cell Block Tango and I’m so here for it

I’m only a fifth of the way through but for some reason Marianna is getting on my nerves

The toxicity and the (aptly labelled) desperation is both stressing me out and giving me superiority complex that I’m not drinking dumb bitch juice like this anymore

I'm halfway in and honestly I'm just hate-reading this drivel at this point.

A light little after Misery and My Year of Rest and Relaxation

Going through this reeeeeaaallly slowly but my mind is also blown???
