This is a very hard book to read from both logic and emotions. I have to take frequent pauses between sections and chapters. To calm down and prepare myself for the next few pages. Rage. Anger. So far, I'm not really enjoying the story. The main character is so depressed and it comes through in every way that I can only read this book for short stints at a time. It makes him unrelateable or likeable.

This is a well written book that covers history concisely but not in a boring manner. I have to take frequent breaks when reading this since the topic is so horrifying and depressing.

I am really struggling to read this book. It gives me the yuck. Not in a huge way but in a "their egos and lack of communication suck and create needless drama" kind of way. We shall see if I can finish it.

I started this book in 2022 but did not get too far into it. Now I want to finish it. Start over. It applies to life much moreso than it did in 2022. And that is sayin' something...

So far, I am having a very hard time staying attracted to reading this book. It is very hard to like any of the characters. I was not much a fan of the first book, but this one I am almost completely disinterested. I want to finish it, but I have a hard time following all the endless action. I feel that it is quite disjointed and does not flow overly well.

i quite liked this book a lot...until the end. at that point it felt a bit forced together and too sudden.
