Philip Brown is starting A Theology of the New Testament
Excellent unpacking of the New Testament with solid interaction with the scholarship from various schools of thoughts. The realized eschatology infused into all of it stellar. I really enjoyed his stuff on being in Christ drawn from Paul's letters. Kia Ora, Matua Ladd.

Philip Brown is starting Winsome Conviction: Disagreeing Without Dividing the Church
If you liked Ortlund’s Finding the Right Hills to Die On, this works well as a companion to it, addressing wider issues that delve into common, secular life. The lads make the case for a category in between moral absolutes and preferences: strong convictions. If you’ve felt the urge to disown fellow Christians because of a different take on political and societal issues, I would recommend you have a peruse.

Solid biography of a remarkable and likeable President. Detailed, but enjoyable.

Solid thriller: called some of the twists, others blindsided me. Some of the conversation felt a little unrealistic. Enjoyed it.
