I like that the first mention of race is this far in and that's it's to describe a white woman. Take that, "white default."

I don't understand this heroine. She keeps contradicting herself and has little respect for the hero's boundaries.

This started kinda slow, but I'm just in love with these women now. This book is just the right amount of sweet.

I need to read something else for a bit. A lesbian western feels right.

1. They don't throw white boys in jail for first-offense drug possession. 2. It takes a lot longer than a couple weeks for the legal process.

"Tell me where the books are. I want to browse the lit section.” One does not browse a college bookstore for pleasure reading. That's not how they're stocked.
