I'm still not fully gripped, not fully invested. The Ashen Viper is very well written (if a tad too elaborated for my personal taste), but it still feels like the story hasn't even started.

Preparing for the grand finale. I' really enjoying this whole series.

I'm definitely hooked and entertained.

What a bloody (sic) ride!

This ticks s lot of boxes in one of my favorite tropes - fantasy academia: MC starts with huge disadvantages; makes fast friends with other outsiders; makes equally fast powerful enemies; stern mentor figure; hard teacher; special powers MC didn't know about;...
It's well done and I'm all here for it.

I'm completely engaged, the story has a good feeling to it.

Really enjoying it, it truly makes me feel to play a RPG with friends.

I don't mind a Deadpool-influenced MC at all, but so far I don't like the other POVs presented and the names of the Dusters are actually annoying.

I had to get used to the writing in the beginning, but I'm definitely into it now.

So far interesting characters, but also a little confusing.

And the final (?) fight is upon our friends...

At least the beginning has been pretty dark.

Let's see how this plays out! Looking forward to reading more Leiyn Firebrand.

I yet have to read a book by M.L. Wang that does not hook me right from the start.

This is SUCH a great read! I am pretty sure, this will make my top 3 of the year.

This is SUCH a great book, the main character is very unique.

I'm honestly struggling a little. The worldbuilding is really interesting, but I can't see yet where this might be going and I just have too many questions.
And it really annoys me that my kindle insists on the hyphenation 'FurK-night' instead of 'Fur-Knight'.

I'm curious to find out how the different threads are going to line up. I enjoy the worldbuilding so far.
