Started this about a month ago. It's been my filler/mode-switch book in between other books haha. Would've enjoyed it more if I'd been reading it in one go. Anyway, on it now and will probably finish tonight. Shaping up to be 4 star, at least!

Oh no :(

Nearly 2 am, but I can't stop. The writing 🔥

1. The backstory is nothing original. The writing style is pretty good. So I'm holding out hope that the story will unfold nicely.
2. The map is pretty unimpressive 🤷

Right. Even saying it's "overused" feels overused. Ugh.

Chapter 1-2: A little backstory, and world building. Got me interested in the story, and the pacing seems to be fast, so I've decided to continue reading it.

Enjoying it so far. It's a pretty good read for when you're bored out of your mind. I'm not quite clear yet on the chapters were categorized. Look forward to finding out more
