This is the story of Tandi, a single mother, hiding from a questionable past and striving to make a future for her family. Tandi is discovering that there is more to who she is and what she can do. Along the way, with the help of some letters, she she learning meaning behind the thoughts and feelings of Iola.

A little slow to start. There is a lot of background.

Inspiring. I love Qualls prayers. They are so simple yet deeply enriching. They encourage you to explore and to dig deeper into the Word.

I am about a quarter of the way though. Shannon is a strong woman of faith who was a to do list to deal with the mystery of her past. Abducted eleven years ago. Right now there are only questions of who did it and why. Shannon has chosen Matthew to come out in the open is another part of the mystery.

Two parallel stories...a story of life experiences and how life can make a full circle. It is reminiscent of a piece American history that many have forgotten. I enjoyed reading it very much.

An interesting mystery.

I am enjoying it so far. Interestingly enough has lots of personalities and family cultural issues.
