Couldn't finish this. The SA this book was already diving into isn't my thing.

Didn’t feel like finishing got to corny and slow.

Liked the idea of seeing the dead and how that affected her but just couldn’t get through how corny the conversations were.

Not so sure I like the forced relationship thing is going.

Moving kinda slow. Very political and a lot of world building. Though the author trying to be pronoun sensitive by using they instead of he/she is pretty confusing sometime.

To corny won’t finish.

At this point wasn’t real interested in finishing. The MC was kind of a snotty brat with an attitude problem. With her attitude and the story not really being that interesting anyway I didn’t continue.

Couldn’t finish. Not enough world building or character development. And it’s moving way to fast, one minute they’re strangers that don’t trust/like each other the next they are kissing.

Couldn’t finish. The first half was interesting and believable. But then once the relationship aspect came about. Everyone one was suddenly acting like super well rounded adults who make all the right decisions. I didn’t want tantrums or anything, but really what do a finch of high school kids know about relationships? Let alone one that involves 4 other people? Nah to corny for me.

I really can’t get into this book it just doesn’t seem genuine. The main character went from being mortified of everyone to being sassy and in your face. And seemed for fall for the guy we know the least about and who isn’t really a big player in the book. Just not my cup of tea and won’t be finishing this one.
