I enjoyed this story very much. It definitely brought out the tears.

It was what I expected - a story about someone witnessing another person murdered by a police officer. Yet, it goes into details about the victum's side of the story, which Is so important - sad but true in many cases.

I'm still working on this.... I think I'm going to have to start over....

I did not see the movie. I find myself struggling to get through this book. I keep waiting for the story to pick up and get interesting. I don't typically read many memoirs. I'm used to action or suspense. Should I stop now???

This was a very intriguing story!

Excellent! A very compelling story. It moved me and made me cry often. It was very well-written. I could hardly put it down and did not want it to end.

Aside from all the typos, this was a good story!

Very slow start. I was 3/4 into the book when it finally started to pick up. This author was recommended, so I thought I would give him a try. I am not sure if I'll read anymore his books.

Very good! Can't wait to read the next book in the series -Waking with Enemies!
