Another insight stimulating, emotion whirling, beautiful vulnerable and honest read from Shozan Haubner. I highly recommend his books to anyone who attends meditation retreats- he gives it to you straight. This one isn't quite as raw and dark as his second book but Damn if it isn't some fantastic writing!
