Lots of skipping. Very wordy writer

Getting tired of the characters already? And, you’d think the dark side of the planet would be cold yet the Elorians are running around in silk. The sunlit side should be scorching hot yet the Ardenians are wearing wool. And if the world isn’t turning, where is the wind coming from?
Another gripe, why don’t the Elorians just blow out the fires. Seems like an easy win to me. And by the way, what are they burning

Nothing here grabs me. Written for middle school level reader and well written. Highly recommend for that level reader

Not liking the main character

Getting very bored. Are all these characters going to pair up, probably. Gratuitous pc characters included. May dnf as too ya

The believability of this story goes from questionable, in the first 3 books to eye rolling, in this one. At 31% I can not finish it. Apparently YA means only the young might be gullible enough to buy this world building. Glad the series was free.

Why am I reading this?

Really like this book. Was listening with Steve and don’t want to finish without him

DNR poor writing. Author injects an adverb or adjective every other word.

This book is a real disappointment! Want my money back! Repetitive, stupid, full of improbable scenarios and unbelievable situations and dialogue. There's no romance or character building. An easy to dislike MC, Arghh!
