I didn't think I ever would finish. I would NOT recommend this book. It took twice as long as needed b/c you heard the same information 2-3 times. I also had trouble w/ a "smart" girl who starts taking drugs so she can bond with her boyfriend. There were so many red flags from her adoptive parents, to her dads job hopping, to moving and letting her live with her boyfriend at 16 while he moved to get married.
