Halfway through this book and to be honest, I'm finding it a bit of a slog. It's not so much the subject matter - the rape of a young teenage girl, but the writing style. Written in the first person from the therapist's viewpoint, it rambles on a bit with a lot of detail about recovering memory, how the brain works, but there is little in the way of character development. Will I finish it? Remains to be seen
