I was expecting a light-hearted, quick read with this book. So far, seems it's going to be the opposite of what I was expecting.

I do like the book but the characters are making it very difficult to get emotionally involved. I kind of hate them all. Julia is weak and indecisive, Brian is pathetic excuse for a man and a husband, Edna is a controlling bitch. And what was the point of the lead detective sharing her theories with Julia ? Why give false hope repeatedly?

This woman is delusional...about her barely known movies, her struggling musician husband, her controlling stage mom. She lives in her own reality. And she mentions every celebrity she was even in the same building with. There's no point to most of the celebrity mentions. This book has to get better.

I'm so annoyed by Melissa's humble bragging ( seriously, it's like half the book ) that I'm tempted to just not even finish the book, but at the same time I'm still waiting to read some juicy gossip so I don't want to stop. Does it get better? Or will she reveal the meaning of life too?

I've wanted to give up on this book about 5 times already. I won't because I want to see why it has so many good reviews, but....I really don't like it. Some parts are so exaggerated they are just annoying, writing is childish at times, and the main character isn't very bright or likeable.

I am so glad I didn't stop reading this book. Taco Bell fart....lol.

Arelia just might be the dumbest female character ever. Really.

Before I even started the book, I learned what DNF means from book reviews. Yikes.

She really thinks she's a big celebrity.

A book written for moms ? I'm not a mom so I'm really not enjoying this as much as the first one. This book just feels like one long rant. :/

Yikes. I never liked this woman, so when I saw that her book was on sale I bought it thinking it might change my opinion of her. The opposite happened. I actually really don't like her now. Before I just thought she was annoying, now I think she's a crappy comedian and human. Why is this woman famous ?
