This book was written in 1998 so that explains a lot. They still smoke indoors and in a room with a pregnant woman. It’s a simple story but interesting to remember what the roles of men and women were back then. It’s not really that long ago, but a lot has changed. Thank goodness.

This book is annoying me so much but I am kind of close to the end so I’m going to try to finish it. I can’t stand the fake relationship these two have.

Protect and listen to your children or anyone’s children. This is sad and maddening. I really did not like this book.
