Terrible.

I've read this series from the beginning and it's rude, crass and totally brilliant.
Caine Deathwalker, half red dragon, head of the Demon clan he was raised in, goes forth to defeat a naga revenant and ghosts for a t.v. show. I personally love this series. It's great fun. Which has had me chuckling out loud.

This collection of short stories on the Were- theme was a total pleasure to read. There was one story I didn't get in to but I will go back and try to read it again another time.
Faith Hunter's Jane Yellowrock short was brilliant and a pleasure to read. I'm a fan of Urban Fantasy and of Faith Hunter's writing, but I also found some new authors to explore. This is a definite must read if you love all things Were-!

I found the flow of the story was so smooth. The storyline continuing from Sarah Fine's first book Reliquary. I struggled to put the book down which led to a couple of late nights before I fell asleep. The adventure is just as fast and furious as as the first book. I really liked the journey through Asa's life as he finds himself and Mattie falling in love. Ben, Asa's brother finds yet more trouble to get into.

Brilliant! Simply brilliant! Go read and enjoy! I'm just sad that I have to wait for the next Soulwood series is out.

I've found this series very enjoyable. Following Will a champion of the God Feliogustus. Will, once a newly trained engineer found the portal on Earth by mistake in book one. Finding himself on a different world which was still in the middle ages he soon found adventure and a way to make a lot of gold by buying recurve bows and selling them to the town's soldiers. I really recommend this series! Go and enjoy!

I thoroughly enjoyed The Drafter. I am looking forward to more of Peri Reed's adventures. I found it really hard to put the book down.

Thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. It's harsh, brash and in your face to start. The main character Lucian "Lightning Lucy" Colt starts as a real hard bruiser. Making a living through roughing up those who can't pay their bills. He ends up stealing art back for the original owner. However a run in with witches soon changes his life and moves him in another direction. I really hope there is more of Lucian to come!

Faith Hunter has a natural talent for telling a damn good story. I often find that I go through phases of trying to find a novel that really makes me say my God that was a bloody good read. As usual I'm not at all disappointed. Shadow Rites had me wanting to make a cup of tea and snuggle up with the cats and settle down in to the world of Jane Yellowrock. I totally recommend you get yourself a cuppa and dive in!
