The Downstairs Girl
The words and phrases the author uses is fantastic! She has a wickedly “real” sense on humor. She also has the ability to slay with her tongue- it’s on fire throughout this book. I’m really surprised at how much I want to devour this book.

A Five-Letter Word for Love
I’m finding it very interesting- in my own nerdy type of way. There is a lot of “Wordle” discussion, and it seems a tad bit juvenile, but in a good way. I’m finding myself cheese-bum smiling while reading this one. What’s the harm in that? 🙂

The Wishing Game
I’m so engrossed in this book. It’s such a reminder of the thrilling sensation I first felt when I read Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I’ve noticed that I’m almost purposely gobbling the book up in small bites. That’s how enjoyable it is.

I’m just so excited to have the book. None of it is something I completely understand- of course- but I can tell that it’s going to be enjoyable to connect the dots!!

Interesting... Keeping my attention. Just extremely irritated that a mother and daughter cannot communicate honestly when murder is involved. It makes me want to put the book down but I'm too involved already. I need to know "whodunit?".
