I’m going to finish this book because of how far I’ve gotten but at varying points it feels like the author is mansplaining about things he must be passionate about/interested in but it’s just so much TELLING. So either it’s supposed to be like that and maybe I can’t appreciate that because it’s so post-modern and post-narrative, or it’s not very good. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I decided to do audiobook for the last 30% of this book because I invested soooo much time in reading the first 70%. But I’m *still* not interested in it. Gah!!!

Listening to the audiobook and it’s soooo good so far!

Every time I sit down to read this book I fall asleep, but I’ve made it too far to DNF it now. Maybe finishing it on audio would work better.

I’m liking this so far. Haven’t read him in a long time.

Ori and I are loving this so much. The story and the writing are amazing. (Great read aloud, too).

Might DNF this one…not sure yet.
