I didn't finish, book is too large for comfort

not a typical Jodi Picoult novel, slow going with other competing activities for attention during covid

reading intermittently doing fall cleanup while waiting for previous book which was reordered from library.

had to return to library because of a wait list, have put my name back on the list - I have a problem with hardcover because of a back and shoulder injury which makes it hard to hold large, heavy books - I use a book holder but only at the kitchen table. Frustrating. Highly recommend to history buffs and anyone interested in its effects on the future.
