The audio versions in this whole series has been well done! This book is taking me longer to get into though. I really enjoyed the story of Kristen and Josh in the 1st book, and then liked how Jimenez continued with Sloan's story in the second one. It seemed easier to adjust to the new main characters, and then I became committed to their story! At this point, I'm still trying to get into these new main characters.

Charisse to Ferris: You have to insist on being yourself. Do not let the world tell you who you are. Rather, tell the world who you are.
Mr. Buoy: It's all inconvenience, and then suddenly it's over. And you find yourself thinking that you wouldn't mind a little inconvenience.

A friend just disappeared, and then everyone forgot about him - no record of him being at camp! Yikes!

This is #5 of a series, they mentioned be careful making wishes, but another kid said the Wish Library might have another branch somewhere near their camp! I'm guessing there is. :)

Loved this statement from his dad. Also, the hollowed out birds really freak me out...

p. 88 one of the characters is talking (not human) and they said " Most habitable planets are already full of people." So these aliens consider themselves as "people". This might be an oopsie.
This is a quick pace story so far, lots of action to the story.

EJ did not ask enough questions about her dad's and mom's history - I'm so curious! This so far is a gentle, cutesy read - middle school love. There are a bunch of holes in the story however, and the writing seems choppy.

Pretty fun so far! It’s a fast paced read, and I see it’s a series so I’m expecting we won’t solve the huge problem in this book.

51% done - mostly listening to this. She’s a good narrator! However the story is really dragging on. I’m not really invested in the characters.

DNF = I was becoming more anxious reading "The Anxious Generation".
