This book is freaking me out in the best way. My name is Emmy. We are the same height. Hockey is my favorite sport. One of my favorite teams is the Washington Capitals, which is in DC. The team she’s on is a fake team in DC. Our birthdays are ONE DAY apart and a lot of the romance that’s happening with Mav are spot on with my partner. This feels like this was written about my life in an alternate reality. 😅

How is this even better the second time?! I’m listening to the audiobook, as I read it on my kindle the first time around. Very happy that there is a masculine and a feminine voice. I’m not a fan of the feminine trying to do both. It throws me out of the fantasy and honestly is a waste in production for an audiobook if you ask me.

My rating has been fluctuating so much throughout this book.

I’ve had this whole series in the flesh since the beginning of this year and I’ve just been putting it off because I kept saying I know the series is gonna destroy me. About half way through and it’s incredible. 😭 I’m glad I’m reading this one first!

So far this is a six star read for me.

Eating this up. Love the Aladdin and Keanu reference. Surprised to have learned a less from this already? So far 3.75 stars.

Eating this up like dessert!

This plot is so confusing. I was giggling and having a good time in the first few chapters, but now it’s just kind of falling flat for me. Listening to this audiobook so I feel like I’m going to push through just to finish it since I can’t DNF anything.
