i did not realise this was going to have a full cast of povs

this is so much better than i was expecting so far!

i’ve been reading this so slowly every day because i haven’t had that much time but it’s been basically the only book i’ve been reading the past few weeks and i’m so attached to it. i can’t imagine finishing it and then having to move on

i miss the old goodreads awards when you could nominate any new release you wanted rather having it choose them for us

it’s so humbling having to reduce my reading goal at the end of the year 🥲

so far this is way better than i expected!! this plot is going in a different direction to what i thought but i love it!!

ngl the world building and all the characters are not that easy to follow along and i’ve read the original FF.

i can’t imagine for people trying to just read knowing nothing about what’s going to happen.

i’ve out off reading this for days bc i’m too scared to find out wha happens next 😢

some moments in this book feel too dramatic. i don’t know how to explain it but it’s almost like i can hear the “dun dun dunn” soundtrack in the background 😭 it’s kinda annoying
