Great audio listen! Loads of twists and turns

Started in the middle of Holly’s journey. Now I went to the beginning when it all started with Holly!! Such a fun and scary read!

Felt disconnected with the characters

Enjoyed the format of this book where it is just their friends and neighbors talking about the family and the incident. All of the details will weave a story - couldn’t stop reading this one.

What a powerful story set in a very controversial time. A well paced story and telling of the Vietnam war both from a woman’s perspective and a nurse in that war. Thank you to NetGalley for this advance copy of this great book.

I had a hard time getting into this one- I was listening to this audio book, I may opt to try it later and read it instead.

I listened to this audio book and was not as impressed with this book as others. I felt it very slow and unfortunately didn’t connect to the characters.

I enjoyed this book! I listened to this as an advance copy from NetGalley. I really kept guessing on how this twisty, horror book was going to end. I am a big fan of the author and the Vermont setting (which most of books are set in). Thank you NetGalley.

Part of the library’s winter bingo- Maine state book award winner. Both my children love this author and I can’t believe I haven’t read this yet ! Her dental story is not unlike my own at her age!
