I have a quirk, which is to read an author's work "in order". But, I happened upon Louise Millar's second book "Accidents Happen" and consumed it. After, I had to obtain her first novel "The Playdate" quickly. It lives up to its scarily good reviews. I'm about a third of the way through this captivating look into the lives of far-more-than-meets-the-eye neighboring women. I can't bear to put it down. It's a winner.
