I've become really interested in the Dyatlov Pass mystery lately, and realised I had this novel about it on my Kindle already! Yay!

A. J. Waines' Samantha Willerby novels are an auto-buy for me, and this is another terrific one that I'm racing through. Really gripping story.

Kathryn is 28% done with Elizabeth Widville, Lady Grey: Edward IV's Chief Mistress, and the 'Pink Queen'
This is not a biography of Elizabeth Woodville. So far, the books consists of explaining how every single member of the English nobility in the 1460s was related to Eleanor Talbot, presented here as Edward IV's real wife as though this is a certain established fact, with much speculation on when Elizabeth found out and how she reacted.

I've been reading this for over a month and am not even 40% through yet. It's really not grabbing me like her other novels are and I'm finding it a bit of a chore to read, even though 12th-century Outremer is a fascinating era.

Obviously a weird time of year to be reading a Christmas novel, but I couldn't possibly resist a new Shopaholic novel! Love them.

This is actually pretty good so far, and I'm enjoying both storylines, the 2018 one and the 1540 one from Catherine Howard's perspective.

Wow! Not really sure about this. Very original and intriguing, but not sure it's really my thing.

Enjoying this far, far more than her previous one, Chalk Man, which I found tedious and absurdly over-hyped. This one grabbed me right from the start/

Absolutely loving this so far. Intriguing set-up, extremely well-written, and becoming decidedly creepy and scary. Can't wait to read more.

Finding this a frustrating read as it's so terribly biased. He states that Edmund Beaufort and Margaret of Anjou most probably had an affair that resulted in a son, passed off as Henry VI's, but no evidence is cited. The name Tudor appears as 'Tudor' in quotation marks every. freaking. time because the author believes Edmund Tudor was perhaps also Edmund Beaufort's son, not Owen Tudor's. OK, OK, I get it.

Kind of enjoying this, but it's incredibly complex, and there are sooooo many names of people, cities, areas, religious and ethnic groups, and I'm not really sure how much of it is sinking into my brain. On some pages, I've been entirely lost, and have skipped ahead.
