An ex gifted me this book a long time ago, assuming that I wasn't familiar with yoga. I accepted the gift and kept it safe. Recently, I found it and considered sending it back to him without reading it, given Bikram's problematic reputation.

When I opened the book, I saw that it was signed by the author and addressed to Christine Park. I believe this may be an ex of my ex, and I think I would prefer it sent to her.
