Ma’am, 97% of flowers don’t grow in what amounts to The Cape in April…. Further proof this book isn’t written by someone who knows Boston/New England. In April it still pretty much looks like a desolate wasteland. The only real sign of spring is that the days are finally showing their extended daylight.

I know this is a trilogy. I know it’s going to end on a cliff hanger. I know I’m going to throw my head back and curse myself for picking this up before book 3 was ready. — at work. I know all this but here I am clinging to every last moment like it will resolve in the last 20 minutes.

Figured out the plot twist at about 30% now I’m sitting here yelling at an audiobook like a teenager yells at a class B horror film.
