Only a little ways in and can say this is an amazing companion to Interior Castle. I have started and stopped Interior Castle three times before. I loved it, but struggled to follow along with Teresa of Avila’s sudden change of subject, and applying it to my own life. The summary points at the end of each chapter and reflection questions are LIFESAVERS
