Sorry am I reading a different copy to everyone else? The writing in this is so unskilled and really shocking after captive prince which was pretty well written. This is the classic dumbing down for young audiences but it's too far babe, too far

This is strangely very compulsively readable but also kinda cringe because of its of the time elements so it's hard to keep reading. Definitely holds up much better than I expected and I'm really excited to reread the whole series already. Man I love Rose, Lissa is driving me nuts
