I've given up on the book, not for me. I didn't like the writing style which made all the characters seem like old people with antiquated dialog. I didn't care for the main character, Theo, who was way too sappy.

I skipped to the last chapter and was not surprised about the ending, the writing actually seemed worse.

marginally better, I'm still listening...

so far the books is ok, I am hoping it will get better 🤞

the book went suddenly from 3-4 stars to 2-3 stars due to complete change in tone and topic of the novel
