I'm nearly 50, British and have lived in the UK my whole life. I'm well educated and interested in history, yet myself and a team of similar work colleagues were unable to collectively pass a mock "Life in the UK" test, so I thought I'd read the book.

Taking a break from this to read something else. Loving all the short stories so far.

Chapter 7 done

Chapters 4 & 5 done.

Tasks from weeks 1&2 are all done. Feeling very inspired by the whole process. Week 3 chapter read.

Attended first "creative circle" meeting - feeling inspired and excited about the doors that I feel will inevitably open up. Second chapter read, just the exercises to do now.

I've joined a group who will be working through the 12 week course week by week. First chapter read in time for the initial meeting on Tuesday.
