For all my English speaking friends: the original book title is "The Eight". For me it’s one of the best books I’ve ever read (yes, this is technically a re-read, but it’s been a while). Take a look at the book description. If you’re even a little interested: GO READ IT! :D

Und ich habe heute Morgen erst damit angefangen! Ich habe das Buch sowieso schon zweimal gelesen, aber zuletzt vor... pfff... bestimmt 15 Jahren. Und es ist immer noch so phänomenal wie ich es in Erinnerung hatte!

Slowly, slowly, catchy monkey. Seriously: all of you who don’t have perfect eyesight, do yourself a favour and get the ebook version. The font size of my edition is the plague.
I really like this book, but reading it is so exhausting on the eyes that it takes all the fun out of it.

It took me quite a while to get used to the font size the publishing company chose, because, seriously: what is that supposed to be? Writing for ants? It’s incredibly small!
The book itself is absolutely captivating so far, but due to the printing bloody hard to read. If I had known beforehand, I‘d considered buying the ebook version.

Langsam frage ich mich, ob es in dem Buch auch Leute gibt, die man mögen kann, oder ob da durchgehend alle unsympathisch und tiefenbescheuert sind.
