Now that the storyline is more serious, the writing has improved drastically. In the last two books, the storylines were more lighthearted and that resulted in an insane amount of cheeeeeseeee (and unnecessary swearing?). I feel like I’m finally reading the high fantasy, action packed, SJM story that I was looking for with this series! Yay!
