I’m having a lot of trouble getting through this one. I loved Killian’s book. Triston is the biggest douche on the face of the planet and Honeyeh is a really difficult name to take seriously, even if it’s a legitimate name.

It’s impressive how much I hate this book because I’ve loved her other series.

Emily seems like a dumb and flighty pushover and I’m already considering whether or not to keep reading.

Why are they having a family reunion and shoving all these characters at me???

Still on page 37. Did he just imprint on her? Is this actually Twilight?

I have put this book down like 17 times. It’s not doing it for me. It’s boring. Too much information. Should I have read the original series first? I heard this was a “next generation”…so far it’s just weird.

It’s boring. I had reservations about reading this one because I wasn’t sure about the blurb but I’m on a streak of SJ Tilly books. I may just skim and skip ahead.

Riley might be quite possibly the most annoying character I’ve ever read. She’s supposed to be 5? Yea, don’t think so.

The British English when the book is set in Oregon is just plain annoying. Almost as annoying as the main heroine. There are too many commas, I’ve seen at least one apostrophe for pluralizing (possessive not plural!) and the editing is atrocious. I don’t know how much further I’m going to get.

Was this written by someone else? Because it’s so awful

I don’t know if I can get through this one. So far it’s horrible.

Oh I’m done with this guy.

I could put the book down now and never want to pick it back up again…I’m hoping it gets better but so far, it’s super disappointing.

Not bad so far. Enjoyable and well written, but not necessarily well edited. My biggest complain so far is that Camden’s chapters are in 3rd person and I don’t like it.

It’s not for me. I’m not going to rate because it’s not a bad book. It just doesn’t do it for me.

The first 2 chapters are literally about a man and his dog. Literally have NO interest whatsoever. None. At. All. But I will keep reading. If he continues living on his dog like this, I’ll be done sooner rather than later.

Ok I see where the author is going with this, but I’d say execution is sorely lacking. I wonder if I should have read the books before this….

I’m done. I can’t.
