Good chapter on the four foundational harms to phone based children hoods. Social deprivation, sleep deprivation, attention fragmentation and addiction.

Good insight so far on how "rites of passage" traditions are critical for children making their transitions throughout certain phases in their adolescent lives. They have lessened as society has progressed but now smartphones and screens have incorporated as a block to "play based childhoods' as the author has alluded to multiple times in this book.
