Factual poverty embraced in faith does something to a person in the deep resources of his being. It matures him, develops him, makes him receptive to what the Lord Jesus is about

“No service is more humble, more constraining, more absorbing and at the same time more noble and beautiful than that of forming a human body for God, than giving God one's flesh and blood, giving Him all that one possesses in order to clothe Him with it” pg 96

meg reminded me that a mystery means we don’t have all the answers so I’m writing this here to keep reminding myself while I read cause….phew
