I haven't got to page 1 yet and I'm already excited by this. So, the book is going to be a recounting of "real" events. It's a fictional version of a non-fiction history book.

And for the first time ever im going to attempt to annotate an e-book. Wish me luck.

It's a pity, because I've enjoyed other books by this author but the whole "group of rich boys, founding families, more money than sense, more power than any 18yo should feasibly have, bullying a young woman who'll eventually end up having sex with them despite being treated atrociously" is so overdone I couldn't get past about 12% because I've read it all before.
