Reading on Kindle.

Activated is at least 100 pages longer than Calculated and Simulated but I have to say it's been non-stop action almost from the start. I hope this isn't the last book in the series, I'm liking this series.

Simulated is off to a faster start than Calculated.
It helps that I'm more familiar with the characters now but also there were some touching scenes between Jo and her dad at the beginning.
I don't know if it was meant to be so easily guessed or if I'm completely wrong, but I think I already know who "Coral hacker" is.

I know I've read this book before but I don't have it listed. So, I'll skim through it again.

Kind of a slow-starting story. Baldacci tells good stories, I'm sure (I hope?) the story picks up soon.

Mark Greaney is not a good writer, or he could benefit from much better editing. But I need a book to read so I'm working my way thru the story.

First book by Womack and I'm liking it a lot so far.

Just getting started on the latest book by one of my favorite authors!
I have to admit I was a little disappointed when I found out the subject was about the Vatican since SB had already done a book about the Vatican and pope selection. BUT I know that SB will deliver a great story and that the Vatican has been around long enough to have many secrets that are book worthy.

I'm not really expecting anything from this book but I needed something fluffy after the last couple of dark murder stories.

My first book by Karen Robards, I like it so far.

I'm having to skip through chapters of Part 4. It's too intense to listen to the bad guys go after Hawk's 5-yr-old son.

And this is a long book, 16 hours, I'm hoping it's almost over. It's hard to tell on MP3 players when the books are split into "Parts". The MP3 only shows how many chapters in this part and the total number of chapters in the book.

I'm surprised at the flowery-ness of the writing of this book. It doesn't sound like Dean Koontz at all. And the breathiness of the reader is annoying.
The story itself is scary to the core and good.

The reader is a bit overly dramatic in her reading, but I could be extra sensitive to it since the book reader was totally dry.

Getting ready to start the audio version of this book. I expect to like it much better this time around since I listened to the first 2 books in order. I didn't leave any notes last time, so I hope it wasn't the reader that ruined it for me since it is a different reader than the previous books.
I don't always like it when they switch readers in a series.

This book is more interesting than I thought it would be. I'm liking it.

An early-career book by one of my favorite cozy authors!

This is my first John Connolly book and in the Charlie Parker series. It's interesting so far. We'll see if it stays interesting and maybe I'll go back and read some of the earlier books.

My first "Sisterhood" book. So far it's intriguing enough that I may go back and start the series from the beginning.
