Chapter 1: heavy on theory, extremely light on evidence. More cheesy metaphors than a hallmark store. Hoping for more concrete examples soon.
- “1% better every day” is absolute bs capitalist propaganda, you cannot improve every day forever
- Life is not divided into “successes” and “errors” I beg for nuance
- “The purpose of building systems is to continue playing the game” — forever ???

Nobody told me this book was written by a 32 year old 💀 I was looking forward to learning something but I am now hate reading.

“Atomic: the source of immense energy or power” was pretty clever though I’ll give him that.
“With the same habits, you’ll end up with the same results.” Fair enough!
+ mentions The Power of Habit which I loved! Maybe just read that!
