Someone said this is a cross between Vampire Academy and Harry Potter… well reading this is confirmation that I won’t be reading vampire academy at all. Parts of the dialogue were hard to read, just due to the vulgar teenspeak. I’m trodding through though.

I don’t think I’ll ever finish this, I’m gonna DNF. Can’t connect with it. Didn’t like the audio. Maybe I’ll get it on kindle and see if it helps.

This is my comfort read. It’s been so long since I have read something that feels good. Easy to digest and no big drama to deal with.
