Got the audiobook of this from audible, and I'm listening to it as I work.

What's with the author referring to pretransition trans men as 'transgendered females' and trans women 'transgendered males'? That's getting the terms completely the wrong way round (not mentioning the outdated 'transgendered', but this book was published in 2005)
