Nanasbug is finished with Flashlight
This was two books. The first half sort of interesting with no likeable or compassionate character. The second half was much better if you like historical fiction. Several unresolved plot lines but it is realistic for the plot

Nanasbug is 30% done with After the Eclipse: A Mother's Murder, a Daughter's Search
So far, it is an interesting before and after the author’s mother was murdered. It doesn’t give anything away that she was a little careless in the choices she made in men.

Nanasbug is on page 135 of 339 of American Lightning: Terror, Mystery, the Birth of Hollywood & the Crime of the Century
So far very interesting with three different groups involved in a horrible crime that really happened in the anarchist days.

Nanasbug is on page 56 of 314 of Convicting the Innocent: Death Row and America's Broken System of Justice
You cannot undo an execution when it is discovered the person was innocent. And I have a real difficulty understand the death penalty. It is unfairly applied and certainly doesn't ennoble our society.
