Okay, this book is challenging me. It's got parts that seem to support Iain McGilchrist views, good. But also seem to look at Western civilization as flawed because "capitalism/private property". Not sure how to judge yet but I've got a way to go still. A lot of agreement but I'm wondering if this is going to be a call for communism, which is abhorrent and not expected.

Quite a cerebral account of God and evil as depicted in literature and film. So far it's excellent for coverage of Dostoyevsky, Neitche, Hitchcock, etc.

WOW, just wow. Now I understand why kids today are the way they are. Read this book if you have a kid or grandkid in the public schools especially.
